CREATIVE SENIOR PRODUCER
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This role is responsible for creating and managing business-as-usual Marketing approved projects in Workfront. Managing creative production with internal Studio. Route assets through determined stakeholders. Traffic creative assets to external vendors as needed. Maintain all documentation and approvals in Workfront as required for auditing. Schedule all project meetings; take and distribute meeting notes. Communicate with all project resources to prioritize and drive workProvide project team updates as needed. Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner. Track status of all projects daily. Follow and enforce established processes.
What you will do
Provide resourcing and planning support to Production Manager
Works proactively with partners on high level of effort, multi-channel campaigns across key segments to ensure projects are on time, on brand and of the highest quality standard in both brand and regulatory requirements.
Manages QA of all work. Partners closely with Compliance and Legal regarding product disclosures.
Ensures scope of work stays within timing and budget.
Partners with outside agencies and vendors as needed.
Lead and manage multi-channel marketing projects and campaigns, as well as business-as-usual (BAU) projects
Develop and maintain schedules for projects
Route assets through determined stakeholders and provide QA on all work, ensuring that versions reflect feedback provided
Maintain all documentation and approvals in Workfront as required for auditing
Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner
Traffic creative assets to external vendors as needed
Follow and enforce established processes and adhere to industry regulations
All other appropriate duties as required.
Must-Have*
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 6+ years of Project Management experience
Minimum 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Workfront, Asana , Jira, etc.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $92,114 – $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
