AsaFieldServiceEngineeringLead,youwillplayacrucialroleintheinstallation,training,repair,andmaintenanceofourcutting-edgesystemsincludingSmartFill,RUBY-FILL,andfuturereleasesforclientsaroundtheglobe.

KeyResponsibilities:

• CollaboratewithSales&Marketing,CustomerService,andtheClinicalApplicationsteamtosetupnewaccountsrapidlyandefficiently.
• Travelfrequently,upto30tripsayear(2-3days),providinganopportunitytomeetdiverseclientsandcultures.
• Striveforcustomersatisfactionbytroubleshootingviaphone,email,andon-sitevisits.
• Contributetocross-functionalinvestigationsofcustomercomplaintsandsystemerrorsinaccordancewithqualitysystemprocedures.
• Workcloselywithquality,development,andclinicalteamsinmitigatingandcorrectingsystemproblems,activelyinvolvedinidentifyingandexecutingpreventativeactionsandcorrectiveactions(CAPA’s).
• Maintainaccurateandtimelyrecordswithinthequalitysystemofallcomplaintsreceivedandtroubleshootingperformed.
• Schedule,plan,andperformroutinepreventativemaintenanceonsystemsinthefield.
• Developpreventativemaintenanceinstructiondocuments,updateandprepareothertechnicaldocumentsasrequired.

Qualifications:

• CollegeDegree,BSdegreeinscience,engineering,orBio-Medicaldegree,orotherpost-secondarycredentialdesirable.
• Atleast3years’experienceintechnicalfieldservicewithexperienceinprovidingtechnicalsupportoverthetelephone.
• ProficiencyinusingSAPorOracle,andagoodunderstandingofWindowswiththeabilitytolearnandtroubleshootcomplexcustomsoftware.
• StrongtechnicalreadingandwritingskillswithgoodworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice.
• KnowledgeofgoodmanufacturingpracticesandfamiliaritywithISO9001andISO13485.
• FluencyinEnglish,withclearandconcisecommunicationskills,andoutstandinglisteningskills.
• EligibilitytotravelthroughouttheUnitedStatesandGlobally,possessesavalidUSpassportandavaliddriver’slicensewithasatisfactorydrivingrecord.
• Physicalabilitytoworkinvariousenvironmentalconditions,liftupto50pounds,andworkintightspaces,alongwithawillingnesstoworkinanenvironmentwithradioactivity.
