SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:

Weekend & Holidays Shifts: No

On Call Shifts: No

Shift Differentials:

• Evening $3.00/hour
• Night $5.00/hour

Premiums:

• Weekend Premium $4.50/hour
• Standby Premium $3.50/hour
• Lead Premium $1.50/hour
• Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supports the Health Information Management department by utilizing and maintaining paper and electronic medical records. Scans a variety of medical record documents into the EMR. Sustains a high level of customer service while providing appropriate access to patient information and charts as needed. Functions as a member of a team to ensure full shift coverage and timely fulfillment of requests. EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE One year experience in similar position in medical office and experience with multi-line phone system preferred. Typing speed of 45 wpm. LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS None.
