HDR is seeking a construction Final Estimates Specialist for our Pompano Beach or Turkey Lake offices. Be involved in projects with our GEMC Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges!

Primary Responsibilities

*Reviews Final Estimates construction documentation, and audits for completeness and accuracy, and ensures conformance with contract documents and specifications and FDOT Turnpike procedures.
*Performs Quality Control and Post Audit reviews of the construction quantity and cost documents produced by the Consultant Engineering and Inspection (CEI) personnel.
*Prepares reports on construction projects detailing errors and omissions, if any.
*Determines that all calculations and/or field measurements for pay quantities are complete and mathematically correct and are substantiated by field records.
*Processes estimates after project acceptance as needed.
