Finance Assistant – Hybrid Working!Our excellent client, who are global market leaders in their field, are looking for a full time Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly team in Ross-on-Wye (Herefordshire) on a permanent basis.In return, you will have access to a host of benefits including hybrid working, flexible start/finish times, access to private medical insurance, 24 days holiday + bank holidays + ability to buy and sell additional days, free parking and more.Please note: This role can offer a 50/50 hybrid working model, but is not able to provide fully remote work.Responsibilities– Handling banking communications with HSBC and Group Treasury.– Conducting financial accounts reconciliations and accounting tasks.– Deal with general accounts enquiries.– Providing support during audits, including year-end, interim, statutory, and HMRC audits.– Completing year-end reporting requirements.– Participating in project-related tasks.– Help manage donation/sponsorship requests and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.– Finance administration.– Any other ad-hoc duties to support the small team.Key Attributes– Previous finance/accounts experience– Computer literate-Attention to detail– Team playerHours: Monday – Friday 37.5h per week, flexible on start/finish times + 50/50 hyrbdi work options following training.Salary: Competitive depending on experience (Able to disclose directly upon application) + Excellent benefits package including:– Flexible start/finish times– Private medical insurance– 24 days holiday + bank holidays + ability to buy and sell additional days– Free parking– Thorough training
