We are seeking a diligent and Finance Manager to join our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance function to support the company’s growth.

Ideally have manufacturing sector experience- not essentialAn excellent opportunity for career developmentThe successful candidate:

• Part Qualified, Qualified and Qualified by experience will all be considered.
• Proven experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Dynamic approach- no two days will be the same and this role requires a hands on approach.
• Proficiency in management accounting
