Finance Systems AnalystSalary £50,000-£60,000Hybrid – Commutable to Leeds/YorkshireAre you driven by the challenge of delivering impactful financial systems solutions? We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join our clients team and play a critical role in enhancing their budgeting and forecasting suite to meet evolving business demands.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with users to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for development.
• Evaluate and prioritise system enhancement requests based on business value and resource availability.
• Maintain an organised and transparent task backlog, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
• Work closely with technical teams and subject matter experts to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.
• Support leadership by contributing to a clear and prioritised development road map and progress reporting.
• Design and oversee test processes, ensuring system updates meet quality standards.

About You:

• Enthusiastic about delivering outstanding reporting tools and financial processes.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and foster collaboration across teams.
• Knowledgeable in financial systems and processes; experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Anaplan, Onestream, Jeddox, Tagetik or a similar system is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows, particularly Scrum, and skills in data analysis and system prototyping.
