– Perform company valuation analyses using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and comparable transactions.
– Build and maintain advanced financial models to simulate different strategic scenarios.
– Analyze the historical and projected performance of target companies
– Study trends in the technology sector and their impact on company valuation.
– Follow market developments, fundraising, and recent transactions in the industry.
– Identify risks and opportunities related to technological and regulatory developments.
– Collaborate with the finance, investment and strategic development teams to evaluate growth opportunities.
– Prepare reports and presentations for management, investors and external partners.
– Participate in financial due diligence during merger-acquisition transactionsQualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
– CPA, CFA or CBV certification is an asset
– 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business valuation or M&A transactions.
– Excellent proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
– Knowledge of financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook).
– Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Analytical mind and rigor in the interpretation of financial data.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Ability to work in a team environment in a dynamic and growing environment.Summary
