Pay From: $26 per hour
MUST:
Junior financial/operations analyst experience
Instinct for spotting anomalies, duplicate charges, unnecessary spend
Someone who takes analysis through to action (contacting vendors, canceling/adjusting subscriptions, reconciling issues)
Ability to work with multi-source financial data
Natural ability to spot anomalies and mismatches in data
Ability to reconcile multiple datasets and identify inconsistencies
Strong pattern recognition
Clear communication and ability to summarize findings for leadership
Ability to reformat messy data into clean, management-ready tables
Comfort asking clarifying questions and validating assumptions
Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (editable analysis, pivots, lookups, data cleaning)
Must be excellent in producing outputs in Excel that are both:
polished and presentable for management
DUTIES:
Review invoices vs. inventories to identify unused or duplicated items
Clean and consolidate messy datasets
Build simple but clear reporting tables
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Validate data gaps or mismatches
Summarize findings in clear, concise executive-level language
Maintain recurring monthly trackers
Produce Excel files that leadership can easily adjust, extend, or test scenarios with
