A prestigious legal department is looking for a financial services regulatory lawyer to provide expert advice to key stakeholders on applicable regulations to ensure their policies and procedures are fully compliant and effective. These currently include FCA Rules, European regulations such as EMIR, AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID II, SFDR/SDR, GDPR and US regulations such as SEC, CFTC and FINRA rules. Other key responsibilities include amongst others, advising on the setting up, maintenance and closure of investment funds as well as negotiating and drafting investment management agreements . This is a superb, broad role for a non contentious financial services regulation lawyer who has ideally two to five years post qualification experience to further develop their career in a closely knit team.
