Job Overview
We’re hiring a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team on commercial construction projects. This role focuses on completing trim and finish work, including wood and hollow metal frames, doors, crown molding, baseboards, window trim, and cabinets. Precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform finish and trim carpentry according to plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and install millwork, molding, and fixtures
- Install wood and hollow metal frames and doors
- Collaborate with other carpenters, laborers, and supervisors
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components
- Follow all safety standards on the jobsite
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of trim/finish carpentry experience preferred
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass drug screening
