Role: Fire and Security Service ManagerLocation: WiltshireSalary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Car AllowanceTechnical Resources are seeking a Fire and Security Service Manager in Wiltshire to oversee all aspects of service delivery for fire and security systems. This is an office-based role, where you will manage a small team of engineers and support office staff, ensuring exceptional service standards and compliance with industry regulations.Responsibilities:

• Plan, allocate, and oversee service and fault work for engineers, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
• Supervise, mentor, and support engineers, providing technical guidance as needed
• Assist office administration staff with technical queries and job coordination
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including job bookings, call-outs, time sheets, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Manage client communications, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as SLA adherence, first-time fix rates, and PPM completion
• Ensure all activities comply with NSI, BAFE, and HSE standards
• Provide occasional technical support on-site and represent the company at client meetings

Experience and Certifications Required:

• Strong technical understanding of fire and security systems
• 3 years’ supervisory experience within the fire and security services sector, including hands-on field exposure
• Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills
• Effective communicator, able to liaise confidently with technicians, clients, and suppliers
• Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate service records
• Full UK driver’s licence
• NSI and/or BAFE certifications preferred
