Pay Rate: £27,875 to £30,080Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00Location: Doncaster, DN8 4HTDHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Inventory Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of the Stock Control Team
• To provide effective Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Training & Development.
• Responsibility for maintaining and managing Stock Integrity.

• Previous and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment
• Experience in inventory and stock control
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
• Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports
