OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Floor Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation
• Remove existing flooring and clean work areas
• Install a variety of flooring materials (e.g., hardwood, vinyl, tile, carpet, laminate)
• Cut flooring materials to fit rooms and corners
• Apply adhesives or use mechanical fasteners as needed
• Ensure finished surfaces meet quality standards and client expectations
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a floor installer or similar role
• Must pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
