Foil Bearing Lab Technician – Essex Junction, VT

Overview of the position:

Production and development of foil bearing technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Testing of all foil bearings using in-house built testing equipment.
• Complete Post processing techniques related to the foil bearing technology.
• Heat treating air bearing parts using vacuum heat furnace.
• Laser welding different types of foil bearings.
• Laser marking PMA parts as per 14 CFR 45.15.
• Maintaining and servicing all foil bearing related equipment.

education / experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required.
