You could be part of this.About the role:As the Fostering Registered Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our agency. You’ll bring leadership, vision, and trauma-informed insight to a small, passionate team. You’ll ensure our service is safe, nurturing, and truly therapeutic — a place where children and young people can heal, grow, and thrive.You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, overseeing compliance, safeguarding, carer support, and staff supervision. Most importantly, you’ll be holding the space where children’s voices matter, relationships come first, and outcomes are long-lasting and meaningful.We are a small, values-led therapeutic fostering agency committed to providing long-term, stable homes for children and young people. Everything we do is grounded in trauma-informed care and built on the principles of DDP and PACE.
