As a Team Manager you will lead, motivate, and guide a team of social workers to ensure a high quality of care is provided. This organisation is known for the quality of care they provide, and the service they offer to their foster carers.About youThe ideal candidate will have post-qualifying managerial experience in fostering but other social work management will be considered. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.What’s on offer?
