Explore opportunities that offer hands-on experience, career growth, and a chance to deliver exceptional guest service.I am looking for a Front Desk Service Associate who will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and handling a variety of front-desk tasks.Level: Non – ManagementDesired start: ASAPCompensation: £27,300 gross per annum, plus room service charge and tipsShifts: Flexible to work 5/7 days (full time) including weekends and public holidays. Early shift is 7:00am – 3:30pm and the late shift is 2:30pm – 11:00pm.Time Type: Permanent basisReports to: Front Office ManagerHiring Manager: Director of OperationsRequirements:

• Previous experience working within a Front Office environment
• Communicate fluently in spoken and written English, multilingual skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Good computer skills
• Able to work alone and within a team
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to stand sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
• We will require all applicants to have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom. Documentation will be required
