Your key responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Delivery Lead with a proven track record in delivering multi-channel solutions across various customer and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of technology solutions that enhance customer engagement through multiple channels, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead the delivery of complex multi-channel technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integrations across customer platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery process, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, architects, developers, and QA analysts, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or partners.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Have experience operating in a fast paced, multi-vendor environment.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and other key stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in customer solutions to inform strategic decisions and project direction.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-channel solution projects with a blue-chip consulting firm.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (such as Dynamics 365 and Azure), EIS, and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) being highly desirable.
  • Experience operating in a fast paced, multi-vendor environment.
  • Experience in delivering business value from technology as well as communicating the value to senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a project context.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to multi-channel solutions.

  • Have ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Conducting Workshops and interviews
