What You’ll Do (Full-Time Role):

• Provide full-time skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques

• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment as needed

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

What You’ll Need:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills

• Home health experience (preferred)
