Activa Home Health (an AccordCare Company) is a licensed Medicare certified home health agency seeking an experienced full-time Field Home Health RN. position SUMMARY
The RN will work to provide the highest quality of care to patients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure patient’s needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a HUGE plus but not required. WellSky/Kinnser & Home Health experience is a plus.
Qualifications
1 years: home health (required)
