Registered Nurse

Compensation: 

Guaranteed $1400.00 gross salary weekly based on 40 hours worked per week (or office time)

Gas stipend $100/week completing client home visits (not during vacation, PTO or other absences)

$10,000 RETENTION BONUS

RN Responsibilities:

• Directs, initiates, and implements patient care plan
• Explains procedures and treatments to patient to gain cooperation, understanding and allay apprehension
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatment and examination of patient when applicable
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of patient
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol
• Documents nursing history, physical assessment any education provided for assigned patients
• Initiates a patient education plan according to the individualized needs of the patient as prescribed by the physician and/or hospital policy including patient and family instruction.

RN Requirements:

• Unencumbered license as a RN or Practical Nurse in the state that care is being provided
• Preferred two (2) years nursing experience, but new grads welcome
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Current Finger Print Clearance Card
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
