As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that values precision, safety, and innovation.

???? Your Role:

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art vacuum atomization furnaces
• Load materials, manage furnace controls, and ensure smooth operation
• Conduct inspections, clean equipment, and perform light maintenance
• Use hoists and hand tools to handle heavy components
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all PPE protocols
• Collaborate with skilled teammates and receive ongoing technical training

???? Flexible Shift Options:

Weekend Shifts (3 Days On, 4 Days Off):

• 4th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 5th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Weekday Shifts (4-Day Workweek):

• 6th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 7th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 8th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong focus on safety
• Dependable transportation and flexibility for overtime

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
