Warehouse Laborer – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

?? Location: West Allis, WI
?? Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
?? Schedule: Four weeknights per week + mandatory Saturday or Sunday

• Saturday Closing Time: 6:00 PM
• Sunday Closing Time: 5:00 PM
  ?? Pay Rate: $15.00–$18.00/hour (Based on experience)

We’re looking for motivated, physically fit individuals with a solid work history who are eager to contribute to a high-energy environment. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, this role offers a path to growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical tasks, including:
  • Lifting items up to 100 lbs (with a colleague’s assistance).
  • Standing and moving continuously throughout your shift.
• Operate cherry pickers to retrieve items from high shelves (training provided).
  • Must be comfortable with heights and able to wear a safety harness.
• Use RF scanners for simple data entry and inventory management.
• Stage, assemble, and prepare furniture and appliances for delivery.
• Assist with showroom floor arrangements, transferring and displaying new items.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment while prioritizing safety and quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Minimum 18 years of age; students welcome for part-time roles.
• Experience with hand tools and dollies preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Stable work history, with minimal job changes over the past two years.
