About the team

The Merchant Settlements & FX (Foreign Exchange) Product Domainis responsible forall aspects of the Worldpay’s core financial relationship with its merchants, and we are on a mission to make that experience simpler and more flexible.

Within MS&FX, the FX Product teamis responsible forFX capabilities across allpayment types,client categories,segmentsand regions. It is a high-profile, commercially focussed team managing some of Worldpay’s most commercially successful products, delivering for a wide range of global super brands.

We’rerevolutionising our FX products and systems, creating new to market FX propositions for cross-border payments that will help new and existing clients to serve their customers.There’slots to do, andwe’removing quickly, soyou’llhave a crucial role, working directly with the product leads to translate features and strategy into user stories and work with the engineering teams to deliver on our vision.

General Duties & Responsibilities

* Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.

* Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.

* Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandablebydevelopment teams.

* Manages backlog of user stories for one or more products.

*Establishesuser story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.

* Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure Application changes meet acceptance criteria.

* Creates Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.

*Monitorsthe development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, asrequested.

* Applies Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product.

* Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.

*Conducts structured analysis of business problems,identifiesroot causes, and presents findings with actionable solution options to stakeholders.

* Other related duties assigned as needed

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and3to 7yearsFXProduct Analyst/ FXProduct Owner/FX BusinessAnalystexperience/knowledge. The Certified Scrum Product Owner professional certification ispreferred butnotrequired.

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Knowledge ofacquiringand/or paymentsindustry

* Knowledge ofFXproductsandpricing /risk managementsystems

* Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience are preferred

* Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)

* Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts

*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and propose practical solutions.
