JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining, supervising, and training experienced trade personnel required to accomplish all assigned and upcoming tasks. Ensure that all material required by the General Foreman’s craft is requisitioned in a timely manner and on site in accordance with schedule requirements so that jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

AUTHORITY:
The General Foreman has the authority to make decisions involved with carrying out the above responsibilities.
However, the General Foreman may not without approval of his supervisor:
Revise compensation, hire or fire any employee reporting directly to the General Foreman.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to tour all vessels, piers, docks, and work sites to perform the duties of this job. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. (Ability to view computer monitors without eye strain for extended periods of time).
