Wage: $18.25/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
QPS Employment Group is hiring a General Laborer for a company in Darien, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
General Labor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Manufacturing of various tank products
– Operate brake and turret press machines according to instructions
– Quality checks of machines throughout shift
– Perform precision smoothing, polishing, or grinding of stainless steel objects
– Understand blueprints for manufacturing of the product
General Labor Requirements:
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Lift up to 75 pounds with partner if needed
– Able to withstand a hot environment
– Some industrial experience is preferred
– Understand verbal and written instructions given by supervisor in English
– Basic math skills
– Able to read and understand a blueprint to measure parts for accuracy
– Must wear steel-toed boots
– Adhere to dress code
– Safety glasses/ear plugs/gloves provided
