About the Role

We are seeking a General Labor – Production team member to join our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Labor – Production associate, you will be responsible for operating high-speed production lines, monitoring product quality, and maintaining sanitary conditions in compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd
• Hours: 10:00PM – 6:30AM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $18

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor high-speed continuous production lines.
• Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment in the filling room.
• Perform visual product inspections and regrades.
• Communicate with team members to ensure continuous process and quality standards.
• Maintain working stock of raw materials required on the line.
• Perform basic line cleaning and sanitation.
• Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required.
• Lift and handle materials manually as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements and maintain hygiene standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments preferred.
• Previous experience in the food industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Familiarity with GMPs and safety protocols.
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes under management discretion.
