Job Title: Yard Laborer / Pallet Builder

Location: Rochelle, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00a-5:00p

Pay: $18.00/ hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Laborer/Pallet Builder to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized yard, assisting with general labor tasks, and assembling simple pallets as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping spaces neat, and can follow instructions to complete hands-on tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and work areas
• Sweep, remove debris, and ensure walkways are safe and clear
• Build and assemble simple pallets using provided tools and materials
• Load, unload, and move materials as directed
• Assist with general labor and yard duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous labor, warehouse, or outdoor work experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
