General Maintenance Worker (Full Time) – Overland/St. Louis, Missouri

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Maintenance Worker to join our team in a full-time position supporting operations and maintenance services for a commercial facility.

Position Details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Competitive wages plus hourly fringe benefits

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair duties including:
  • Repairing sinks and faucets
  • Door repairs and adjustments
  • Light carpentry work
  • Drywall patching and repairs
  • Preventive maintenance throughout the facility
  • Installing locks, hardware, and related building components
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with maintaining safe, clean, and properly functioning building systems and common areas
• Follow all facility safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• experience in general building maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of:
  • Basic carpentry and drywall repair
  • General plumbing repairs
  • Hand tools and power tools
  • Preventive maintenance practices
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures required
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Additional Requirements

• Drug screening required
• Background check required

Pay Rate: $25.29 per hour
Hourly Fringe for Health and Welfare: $5.09
**$1,500 Signing Bonus**
A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
