The Good Eating Company is seeking a GM of Catering in Foster City, Califorina.

This Gneral Manager of Catering will lead the special events and catering department. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong background in event planning and management, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. We’re passionate about delectable, fresh food. The responsibilities of this role include:

• Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they meet client expectations
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements
• Work with the culinary team to ensure delivery of the menu
• Prepare and manage budgets for each event
• Monitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality of service
• Hire, train, and supervise event staff
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and improvements

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• Event planning and execution
• Proven track record managing budgets
• Managing a team
• Analyzing and tracking reports
• Solving problems through innovation and industry/market trends

The Good Eating Company was cooked up in London in 1999 around the kitchen table, over several bottles of Ribera del Duero.
