Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- End of Line 100% Inspection according to Work Instruction.
- Responsible for identifying rejected and rework glass.
- Responsible for filling up the daily defect report.
- Responsible for data collection on the line.
- Perform any quality evaluation test of the glass and components.
- Stop the line according to the escalation process.
- Perform GP12 inspection and correct packaging of parts.
- Review the Shipping plan to define inspection priorities.
- Confirm labels required for shipment.
- Assist with developments, measuring, and sorting.
- Rework of parts to meet customer specifications.
- SCRAP evaluation and disposal.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 am-2 pm, OT as needed
Supervision: No direct reports to supervise.
education and/or experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Working Conditions:
Working in a manufacturing-type environment. PPE must be worn at all times.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 25 pounds repetitively for an 8-hour shift.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
