In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:
Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing and expanding key relationships with high-value global clients across multiple regions. This position focuses on developing long-term strategic partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth by aligning the company’s solutions with the unique needs of the accounts. Specifically, you’ll:
- Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers to drive account growth, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Execution: Develop and implement judicious sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and introduce new products to OEM partners.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Contract and Agreement Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing structures, and supply agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and marketing) to meet OEM customer requirements and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
Experience and requirements:

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, attachments, and OEM applications, with the ability to convey technical solutions effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Proven success in developing strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
- Customer Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong OEM partnerships and address customer needs.
- Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of the heavy equipment market, including competitive trends and dealer/distributor networks.
- Analytical and Negotiation Skills: Proficient in market analysis, pricing strategies, and negotiating agreements to drive mutual success.
We offer a competitive salary for the position based remotely in the United States, with a range of $100,000 to $130,000 per year plus bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
