About the team
Our team has been the driving force for innovation in the area of document automation within the PwC Network. The team operates a document automation platform that is being used in almost 50 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets. Our team provides a broad range of services, such as solution design, software implementation, software development and integrations, application management and maintenance, robotic process automation or data analytics. About your manager
Martin works as a team leader in the Document Automation team and is leading the team responsible for Product and Business Development for internal PwC customers, i.e. other companies within the PwC network outside Czech Republic. Martin and his team are creating complex solutions for their clients using the top tier technology. He focuses on building trust and strong relationships both within the team and with the clients. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, skiing and all kinds of outdoor activities.
Job description & summary
As a key member of our BD & Implementation Team, the Global Business PMwill lead the deployment of our flagship document automation product to our worldwide clients. The role requires the blend of technical expertise with business consultation and client relationship management. You will be instrumental in transforming client operations through our advanced document automation solutions, facilitating streamlined business processes and enhanced data management across global markets.
- Product Implementation: Lead the full-scale implementation of our principal document automation product across global clients. Tailor the solution to client needs and work with the technical team with potential integrations.
- Client Partnership: Act as the main point of contact for internal clients, providing high-level business consultancy and maintaining strong relationships. Understand and anticipate client needs to better align our product with their strategic goals. Enlarging the current internal customer´s network globally to support new services and products in the document automation area.
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of project delivery from planning through to execution and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Business Consulting: Apply in-depth knowledge of the product and operational challenges faced by global clients to advise on best practices and optimization strategies. Contribute to the continual improvement of the product based on feedback and observed performance.
Requirements of the role
- At least 4 years of experience with Business & Technology Consulting, with a strong background in managing the implementation of technology solutions
- Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a proven track record of developing long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large-scale projects and provide business consultancy.
- Experience working in a Big 4 or similar consultancy environment is an advantage
