This role calls for a performance-driven creative leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on creativity, developing campaigns that captivate and engage. You will lead our creative culture to foster innovative, results-oriented brand storytelling across diverse media, setting new benchmarks in the higher education sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance-Driven Brand Storytelling: Lead the development of emotionally compelling narratives that not only enhance brand engagement but are also optimized for student recruitment and measurable results. Strengthen connections between each institution and its communities through impactful, data-informed creative solutions.
  • Creative Vision for a Multi-Client Environment: Define a distinct creative vision that respects each institution’s unique identity while enabling cohesive brand storytelling across multiple channels—digital campaigns, print media, video, experiential installations, and multimedia content.
  • High-Impact, Multi-Channel Content Creation: Spearhead innovative content creation across all digital and multimedia channels, including social media, web experiences, and branded video content, ensuring a unified approach to attract and engage prospective students at all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Digital and Video Campaigns: Oversee the production of high-quality video and digital assets that align with our broader brand and performance strategies, creating immersive experiences that resonate across diverse regions and demographics.
  • Flexible Brand Guidelines for Diverse Media: Develop adaptable brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all media types while empowering teams to tailor creative work to each institution’s identity, covering digital, video, social, print, and experiential media.
  • Collaborative Leadership in a Fast-Paced, Multi-Client Environment: Foster a collaborative culture where creative and production teams can innovate while working across marketing, digital, video production, and social media to align creative projects with broader strategic goals.
  • Trend Insight Integration: Stay on the pulse of cultural and digital trends, using insights to guide creative strategies and maintain a competitive edge across emerging platforms, enhancing relevance and impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive Creative Leadership (10+ Years): Proven experience in senior creative roles, with substantial leadership responsibility, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Performance-Focused Brand Development: Demonstrated expertise in building brands with a focus on measurable impact, particularly for institutions with distinct identities. Skilled in developing positioning, voice, and visual identity aligned with performance objectives.
  • Hands-On, Entrepreneurial Leadership: Background in collaborative, entrepreneurial settings where hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential to achieving results-oriented creative outcomes.
  • Digital Media Proficiency and Video Production: Expertise in digital strategy development for websites, social media, interactive platforms, and apps. Strong track record in overseeing engaging video content from concept to production.
  • Emerging Media Savvy: Experience with current and emerging media formats, including interactive and immersive media, with the ability to leverage these for enhanced storytelling.
  • Adaptable Brand Standards: Experience creating flexible yet cohesive brand guidelines that allow for creativity while maintaining brand consistency across varied media.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working across departments, such as marketing, admissions, and academic teams, integrating creative processes with institutional objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Proven ability to mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering creativity, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cultural Sensitivity and Global Perspective: Experience working in international or multicultural settings, with the ability to create messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Trend Awareness and Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of global trends in digital media, cultural movements, and data-driven marketing, using insights to guide creative refinements.
  • Strategic Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation abilities, with experience pitching concepts and articulating the business impact of creative strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
