What you will do

We are seeking a highly organised, focused and proactive Team Administrator to support our growing and extremely busy team. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including handling complex expenses, invoices, and travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and roadshows for large and or complex groups and maintain Salesforce data. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, strong communications skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast – paces environment.

What you can expect

• Manage and process a high volume of team expenses and invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations and itineraries
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, roadshows, and events for small and large groups, including managing complex schedules and logistics
• Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry reporting
• Support the Distribution team with day to day administrative tasks
• Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as required
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What you will bring

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, team administrator or similar role
• Experience with Salesforce preferable
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multi person meetings across time zones
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in handling expenses, invoices, complex travel arrangements and supporting roadshows
• Essential that they are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast – paced environment

• Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
• Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
• Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
