Your role will involve explaining challenging concepts, helping pupils prepare for exams, and boosting overall confidence in learning.This Graduate Academic Mentor position is well suited to graduates with strong subject expertise who enjoy motivating others and helping them succeed academically.What’s on Offer:

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Academic Mentor:

• Degree (2:1 or higher) in a core academic subject
• Excellent communication and subject delivery skills
• Patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting young learners
• Experience with tutoring, mentoring, or teaching desirable but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
