Bodhi Global Analysis is seeking a Finnish-speaking graduate (of any level) to join our roster for project-based assignments who is interested in consultancy and international development, particularly in areas related to economic development and digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to gain experience in the field of international development consultancy and apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges.
This role is fully remote, with potential for travel to support specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in conducting evaluations related to economic development, digitalization, and international development cooperation.
- Assist in data collection and analysis, with a focus on both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients, including bilateral and multilateral donors.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality evaluations and consultancy projects.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D), or a related field.
Skills and Expertise:
- Interest in consultancy work in international development, with a focus on economic development and digitalization.
- Ideally, a working knowledge of quantitative methods for data collection and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel internationally for project-based work when needed.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
