Graduate Human Resource AssistantOur client, a leading international recruitment consultancy headquartered in Central London, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Human Resources Assistant to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, international setting. The successful candidate will support various HR functions and play a key role in enhancing recruitment processes and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
Employee Relations:
Support HR initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and attendance logs.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Previous internship or work experience in an HR role is a plus but not essential.
