This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth within the aviation industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our sales team, contribute to the achievement of sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns
- Perform market research and gather competitive intelligence
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Ideal ProfileRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to work in the aviation industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
