This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth within the aviation industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our sales team, contribute to the achievement of sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Perform market research and gather competitive intelligence
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations

Ideal ProfileRequirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to work in the aviation industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
