You will be working with students that require both academic and pastoral support to ensure they are reaching their expected levels of progress.Graduate Teaching Assistant MaidenheadYou will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis providing tailored intervention sessions as well as supporting full class teachers in the classroom. Key criteria:

• Must have a university degree 2:2 or above
• Previous experience of working with young people would be beneficial but not essential
• Clear desire to work with young people and become a teacher in the future
• Must be able to provide a minimum of two references within the past two years
• Willingness to undertake CPD training as asked by Milk and your placement school
