This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the classroom, develop their teaching skills, and make a positive impact on students’ lives.Job Summary:As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide tailored support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals. You will also assist in planning and delivering lessons, providing feedback, and maintaining a positive learning environment.Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant – Secondary:

• Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Assist in planning and preparing resources for lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist with marking and providing feedback on students’ work.
• Contribute to the development of student’s academic and social skills.

Qualifications for a Graduate Teaching Assistant – Secondary:

• A recent graduate with a degree in any subject.
• A passion for education and supporting young people.
• Strong communication and interactive skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced educational setting.
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
