The Regional Office for Southeast Asia and the Pacific is home to a multi-disciplinary team of regional programme managers, advisors and administrators working with, and supporting, Member States and regional organizations, and aligned programme offices. To implement its work the closest to where it is needed, ROSEAP has satellite presence in 10 countries, including in Fiji.
UNODC has conducted a study on youth perceptions of corruption in the Pacific. The paper highlights how young people experience, perceive, and respond to corruption, and what this means for integrity efforts across the region. The audience includes policymakers, civil society, media, academics, and youth networks, with the aim of amplifying youth voices, informing decision-making, and supporting anti-corruption reforms under the Teieniwa Vision and UNCAC frameworks.
The design should reflect Pacific identity, inclusivity, and accessibility, while remaining in line with UNODC’s global branding guidelines.
Under the direct guidance of the Head of office/Regional Anti-Corruption Advisor, in close collaboration with the Anti-Corruption programme Officer, the Online Volunteers will support producing graphic design and layout for the study on youth perceptions of corruption in the Pacific.

– Present and design research findings in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing way.
– Ensure the report feels authentic to Pacific youth while credible for policymakers and international stakeholders.
– Highlight key data points and youth quotes through visuals, sidebars, and pull-outs.
– Provide design assets that can be repurposed for social media, presentations, and policy dialogues.
The design/layout should follow design guidelines, which will be shared with the Online Volunteers.
The candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts using Adobe InDesign, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills, in English. A degree in graphic design or a related field is considered an asset. Applicants are encouraged to attach portfolios in their motivation statement if preferred.
