Are you a skilled Grinder Polisher with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship? We are seeking a Grinder Polisher to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be finishing and polishing stainless steel and other material surfaces to meet rigorous quality standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have expertise in grinding and polishing techniques, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: $20-23 per hour, DOE

Schedule: 6am to 3pm Monday – Thursday, partial day Friday

Evaluation to hire

• does require drug screen and background check prior to placement*
• Key Responsibilities:**
• Finishing:*
• Operate grinding and polishing tools, including belt sanders, disc grinders, and finishing tools.
• Grind and polish stainless steel welds to a #4 finish, ensuring smooth, consistent surfaces.
• Inspect parts for defects or irregularities, ensuring alignment with quality standards and specifications.
• Documentation:*
• Maintain accurate records of tasks, including materials used and time allocated to each.
• Additional Duties:*
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Requirements:**
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints.
• Custom manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Skilled with hand and power polishing tools.
• Physical Requirements:**
• Ability to lift 15-50 lbs.
