This is the chance for you to take ownership of the procurement of goods and services across the entire portfolio of a student accommodation provider in the UK.Based from home, you’ll be looking at all of the purchase needs over the 20 or so buildings in their ownership, covering all grounds from M&E, white goods and furnishings as well as their services such as compliance and utilities. Documentation is key as you strive for best value and help the company keep costs down while still meeting the standards they need to be best in class.You do need to have experience of doing similar, possibly across a hotel chain or FMCG sector if not specifically in student accommodation. And need to have enough experience to be able to work relatively autonomously given the remote location.
