Description
Empower Lives, Lead with Grit: Become Our Next Habilitative Coordinator!
If you’re the kind of person who believes everyone deserves a seat at the table and a voice in their own life, we should talk. At Mosaic, we’re looking for a Habilitative Coordinator who is ready to turn “possibilities” into “realities”.

- Be a Creator: Develop individual-centered programs and new methodologies that help the people we support determine their own pathways in life.
- Be a Strategist: Monitor service quality, evaluate progress through reports, and keep our records as sharp as your problem-solving skills.
- Be a Leader: Serve as a role model for our staff, demonstrating “grit” and “belonging” in everything you do
SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, with some calls on weekends for notification purposes.
Commitment to Mosaic Values:
At Mosaic, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the chance to contribute and succeed. This commitment is not just a policy, it’s the way we work. It’s good for the workforce, it’s good for Mosaic, and it’s the right thing to do.
