Hardware Failure Analysis Engineer / Debug Engineer
Santa Clara, CA – 100% Onsite
3 Months (possible full-time)
$50-55/HR

Must Have:
Troubleshooting PCB which is a hard requirement for this role

Role:
Looking for a hands-on Hardware Engineer experienced in high-speed Linux systems.
You’ll lead failure analysis of Pensando DPU/AI NICs, develop debug tools, manage RMA workflows, and drive cross-functional solutions-leveraging AI tools to work smarter.

Requirements:
5+ years in hardware engineering/failure analysis
experience with DPUs, AI NICs, PCIe, Linux diagnostics
Proficient in Python, Bash, or scripting
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:
Salesforce experience for workflow management
Background in manufacturing quality or RMA processes
Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or related field
