Job Title: Hatchery General Labor

Location : Broadway Hatchery

Schedule: FULL TIME – Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 5AM – end time varies

PAY RATE: $19.45 with Attendance Bonus

32+ Hours a week.

Position Summary:

Will be required to help with chick pull, cleaning of incubation equipment, egg transfer, delivery of chicks to farms, and other general labor hatchery jobs as needed. Must be comfortable working in areas that are hot, wet, and dusty; proper PPE required. Must be able to push / pull 450 lb. buggies of chicks and eggs, (buggies are on wheels), must be able to lift 100 lbs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Skill Summary:

• Must be comfortable working in areas that are hot, wet, and dusty; proper PPE required.

• Must be able to push / pull 450 lb. buggies of chicks and eggs, (buggies are on wheels),

• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Other duties as assigned by management.
