Stone Canyon, Tucson’s premier private golf club, is searching for a Head Golf Professional to join our team. We are searching for a PGA Class A Professional to manage the day-to-day operations of the golf shop. Responsibilities include: managing golf shop personnel, manage outside player services personnel, communicate daily with the Golf Course Superintendent for course set and playability, order and count pro shop inventory of soft goods and hard goods, arrange demo days from various club manufacturers, manage tee sheet via Foretees, prepare and organize Member events, utilize Golf Genius to aid in tournament set up and scoring, be the face of the Golf Division, teach lessons upon request, understand P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, etc. The qualified candidate should have Private club experience and understand the importance of working with a Membership. Candidate will possess mentoring skills to educate the golf shop staff and player service staff on premier golf club processes and procedures. The Head Golf Professional at Stone Canyon is a lucrative role, past experience is extremely important for the success of the candidate
